A dream is a wish your heart makes...Disneyland Part One

Hi Elin fans!
I know some of you are waiting with baited breath to hear about the holiday. We arrived back at two o'clock this morning and I need to give some serious time to the blog once all the unpacking and washing is sorted to let you know all the details. But for now, a quick message to say that the holiday really could not have gone any better! We are over the moon with our experience and Eurostar and Disney could not have been more accommodating or accessible for disabled guests- Elin was treated like the Princess we know she is. We had a Fairy Godmother floating somewhere above us for certain. Elin was amazing and we all enjoyed every second. We even experienced wonderfully good sitting for the first half of the week, which made the trip from Wrexham to London to Paris to Disneyland entirely stress free and gave us glorious days of walking around together as a family in the sun as if we didn't have a care in the world (well, we didn't!!) Predictably the dystonia did kick in towards the end of our break but its not as though we aren't used to hokey-cokeying her in and out of her chair and the weather meant we could stop for a rest wherever we wanted and catch a few rays whilst we were at it. We really couldn't have asked any more of her bless her, particularly in an alien environment. If a dream is a wish your heart makes, we definitely got our heart's wish this week because the holiday really was a dream come true (I know that's soppy but if you want soppy you should have seen me I actually cried because I didn't want to leave).

I will leave you with a couple of my favourite photo's. We took over 600 photo's between us (excessive even by our standards!), so it's gonna take a while to sift through them to show you all the best one's ;-) But for now.....enjoy...
To be continued.........

Love as ever
